We’d all love to be able to say that we are able to routinely sit down each day and make a dedicated time for bible study, but being a mother, responsible for a family and the running of a house, I understand that this is not always the reality.

Psalm 27:4

One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.

  2. Proverbs 3:5-6 is my life verse. It’s the first one I ever memorized as a child that stuck. Well, I memorized John 3:16 before that one, but that’s because my pride was wounded at a very early age when a lady in the church made a big deal about how I – as the pastor’s daughter – didn’t know it.
