
Perfect straight from the oven for those cold afternoons in the garden!
My little girl thought they were ‘AMAZING!’
These pancake rolls are delicious and crispy. We made vegetable rolls but you could also add, chicken, prawns, anything you like really!
Ingredients – Stir fry vegetables , sweet chilli sauce, lasagne sheets, sunflower oil spray.
To make:
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Add stir fry vegetables to a large frying pan coated with spray oil.
Cook until soft and add as much sweet chilli sauce as you like.
Boil lasagne sheets. Once soft, remove from the water. Take one sheet and add the sweet chilli stir fry vegetables to the middle. Wrap and spray with oil. Place on a baking tray. Repeat the process until all the ingredients is used up. I used 8 lasagne sheets and two packets of stir fry vegetables.
Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven for about 30 minutes, or until crispy on both sides. Turn half way through.

Just curious, but why are they called pancake rolls if you use lasagna noodles?
