So a burger is a burger right?
Well, yes, but you know exactly what’s going in this one!
Ingredients – 500g Mince meat (5% fat), 4 garlic cloves, 1 beef stock cube, 1/2 tub cream cheese, and 1 medium onion.
To make:
Blend all the ingredients together.
Shape the mixture into burgers.
Be prepared for some squished ones, and sausage style ones if the kids are helping!
Fry them in a pan lightly sprayed with oil. Fry until the meat turns brown and the burgers are piping hot right though. About 15 minutes. Super simple!
Serve in a bun with cheese and rocket, or whatever you like with your burgers.
Enjoy!
Looks like the two main ingredients in these burgers are fun and love! Love the post and the recipe!
